Billing and plans
See your usage, change tier, and manage your subscription from one page.
Plans control how many test runs you can use each month and which features are available to your account. The Billing page is where you see your current plan, watch your usage, and change tier. It is also where you manage the payment side, including card details, invoices, and the option to cancel.
- 1Your current plan, its price, and the date it renews.
- 2Manage the subscription: change payment details or cancel.
- 3Usage this month against your allowance. This is the number that stops runs when it is exhausted.
- 4Switch between monthly and annual pricing. Annual saves about 20%.
- 5The plan you are on is marked. Clicking another starts a plan change.
Watching your usage
Usage is shown as a coloured progress bar so it is obvious when you are approaching the monthly limit before you hit a paywall. Green means you are well under the limit, amber means you are within range of running out, and red means you are at or over the cap. If you do exceed the limit, manual runs show a clear paywall instead of silently failing. Webhook-style triggers are rejected, and scheduled jobs are skipped until quota is available again. The schedule itself stays enabled, so it resumes automatically when the next cycle starts or after you upgrade.
Changing plan
Switching between Monthly and Annual billing is a single toggle and shows the savings inline, which is typically around 20% for annual. Clicking a different plan opens a secure checkout, and the change takes effect after payment confirmation. Existing paid plans can also access the billing portal through the "Manage Subscription" button to update payment details, view invoices, or cancel.
What we email you about billing
Billing should never be a surprise, so the moments that involve money are emailed to the workspace owner.
- Renewal reminder: sent the day before a subscription renews, naming the plan, the amount, and the date, so an annual charge is never the first you hear of it.
- Payment receipt: sent once a renewal is paid, confirming what was charged and the period it covers.
- Payment failed: sent when a charge does not go through, with a link to update the card before the grace period runs out.
When a subscription lapses
If a paid subscription ends (for example, a card expired, a payment failed, or you cancelled) accounts continue to work in a grace period before falling back to the free tier. That means a missed payment does not immediately disrupt active monitoring, and you have time to restore billing without losing any data, history, or schedules. Tests, runs, integrations, and configuration are all preserved through the grace period, so nothing has to be rebuilt when billing resumes.
