TestSnag is an automated testing platform operated by Owomi Technologies LTD ("TestSnag", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TestSnag, available at testsnag.com, including its websites, applications, APIs, browser extensions, and related services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use TestSnag on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
TestSnag lets you create, record, schedule, and run automated tests against websites, APIs, and related systems, including web browser tests, API tests, SEO checks, email steps with managed test inboxes, and AI-assisted test creation. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may only run tests against websites, APIs, and systems that you own or that you have explicit authorization to test. This is the most important rule of the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits, such as the number of test runs per month, are described on the pricing page. If you exceed the limits of your plan we may prompt you to upgrade or restrict overage usage.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the service, including test definitions, variables, scripts, uploaded files, and the recordings, screenshots, logs, and reports your test runs produce. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the content of your tests, including ensuring that credentials, personal data, and other sensitive values you place in tests or variables may lawfully be used that way.
The service can connect to third-party products such as Postman, GitHub, and Slack, and can send email or webhooks on your behalf. Your use of a third-party product is governed by that product's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate or assist with tests, assertions, and summaries. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review AI-generated tests and results before relying on them. We do not use your content to train our own or third-party foundation models.
We work hard to keep TestSnag available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime level unless you have a separate written agreement with us. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or to protect the platform, and we may throttle or suspend accounts whose usage threatens the stability of the service or violates these terms.
The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Owomi Technologies LTD and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service except where permitted by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Passing tests do not guarantee that your systems are free of defects, and failing tests do not guarantee that a defect exists.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestSnag will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify and hold harmless TestSnag from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your testing of systems you were not authorized to test.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive, such as limitations of liability, survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give you reasonable notice, for example by email or an in-product notice, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
